Bite- Size of Berlin
Hiiiiiieeeeee darlings, I'm back in the little island of Dublin and I'm missing Berlin deeply. After the first couple days of our trip, we were stuck on what to do next for the rest of the week. Berlin is full of amazing and jaw dropping sites. It's hard to choose what you'd like want to do when in every corner you see another piece of history or entertainment. There's only so many hours in a day.
After a typical German breakfast (no, it wasn't just sausages), we decided to go on a boat trip. What I love about Berlin is that the people are so nice and so helpful. Without their help, my family and I would've gone nowhere. We arrived at the place at about 10 am, got on the boat and was offered strawberry champagne *it looked so tasty but not for 10 am in the morning guurrl!*. Before the ride even started I was instantly infatuated by the view. Berlin is honestly so beautiful. From the architecture, art, history and der schöne Männer *wink wink*. To summarise the boat ride, we go through some of the most well known buildings *yes they are all beautiful* and are given a brief history of them and their significance. However, I didn't really listen to the commentary *shame on me* I was more focused on the view and just relaxing, literally having no care in the world. De-stressing from the Leaving Cert blues.
